There is no BurnRoll account. Email is the support channel for questions about Photos access, reminders, deletion, privacy, and App Review.
What BurnRoll does
BurnRoll is an on-device iPhone camera roll cleaner. You review photos, add items to a burn queue, and confirm before Apple Photos moves them to Recently Deleted. Photos are not uploaded to BurnRoll servers.
Photos permission
The app needs Photos access to show your library and, only after you confirm, move selected items to Recently Deleted. You can change access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → BurnRoll.
Reminders
Cleanup reminders are optional. If a reminder does not appear after taking new photos, open BurnRoll so it can count new items. iOS does not let BurnRoll watch Photos in the background.
